Vesa Tschernij participates in Clean Nordic Oceans workshop
/Vesa Tschernij, Project manager for MARELITT Baltic, will present the latest results from the project during Clean Nordic Oceans (CNO) workshop in Copenhagen the 16th of August.
Clean Nordic Oceans
The Nordic Council of Ministers is funding a three year project (2017-2019) with the working title: “A knowledge- and communication network between the Nordic countries in order to reduce the consequences of ghost fishing, littering of the oceans and promote increased recycling from both commercial and recreational fishing”. The Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries has been appointed to lead the project, with Sweden and Denmark in the management team.
